    Very glad to see this done in Whipped Cream Frosting. The cake seems so stable while you frost. I see cakes wobble with Buttercream. You're also the only one I see scraping the sides with a front view for the camera…..Bravo! Very beautiful yummy art!

    Do you refrigerate the whip cream cakes in between frosting like you do with buttercream cakes? I love the taste of whip cream frosting over buttercream but I have found it's harder to work with so I'm watching your videos and you make it look so easy….
