    That looks AMAZING 😍 but how do you transport it to the party without having a nervous breakdown? I love bringing desserts to a party, but always stress about how to keep them in one piece 😅 or do you having like a special box for every size of cake you make?

    Hey bestie. Love baking from Dessert Person as well and love *chefs kiss* the cream cheese frosting! Tips for less crumb is a larger amount of icing for the crumb coat and on the second coat pile your icing on top and moving excess downward on the sides instead of pulling up. Also, strips of parchment slightly under cake and on top of cake board make for easy clean up! Last, the full amount of icing sugar in the recipe helps set up the frosting more, so it’s more likely to be loosy-goosey if you leave some out!

    On the wall in your kitchen is a phone. Is it a working phone? Love the cake. I am gluten intolerant so do very little baking and did learn some things. I am 65 year old non baker, but would love to try that for an occasion for guests (not for me sadly).
