milk 43g
cake flour 52g

Egg whitex3(95g)
sugar. 45g
lemon juice 5g (you can add some lemon juice to make it perfect)

※ Cake pan: 6 inch round cake pan, height 7cm
※ 180°/ 25~30mins or 170°/35~40 mins
