Basic sponge cake |Eggless baking without Oven

Food lover’s kitchen presents you a sponge cake without egg and without oven
Butter – 1/4cup
Powder sugar – 1/2 cup
Condense milk – 1/2 cup
Maida/Plain flour -1 1/2 cup
Luke warm water -as requried
Vinegar – 1Tsp
Baking soda -1/2 Tsp
Baking Powder – 1 Tsp
Mixed friut /vanilla essence – 1Tsp
1.shift all the dry ingredients into a large bowl.
2.Now,take softened butter and whisk it well
3.Add powder sugar and again whisk it till it form a smooth paste.
4.Now add condensed milk and beat it with a hand blender for 2-3 mins till you notice bubbles.
5.Make 3 equal parts of dry ingredients and add one by one and fold it .
6.Add mixed fruit essence/vanilla essence
7.Add water gradually to form a smooth semi watery consistency of batter.
8.At last take soda n vinegar to form a reaction and add it to the batter(this will make cake fluffy)
9.Now put water in electric rice cooker n put a stand which is bit high.
10.Place the cake tin in middle so that it will have enough room for cake to rise.
11.Close with a lid and leave till it switch off automatically.(15min)
12.Remove it and let it cool for 10-15 mins and invert it.
