Banana Cream Bundt Cake 350 degrees 55-60 min. keep checking with toothpick
½ cup Butter flavored Crisco
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup sour cream
2 ½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt
5 over-ripe bananas mashed
Beat the above ingredients for 2 minutes on high speed
Add 3 cups all-purpose flour
Beat on high speed for a minute
Pour into 10 inch sprayed bundt pan ….top with cream cheese frosting ( 1 soft stick butter, 8 oz soft cream cheese, 1 bag confection sugar, half and half to make spreadable…all beaten until smooth)

    I made the cake I used butter instead of crisco and 5 bananas
    I was so pleased it’s delicious I had 5 super ripe bananas so your recipe was perfect and it was delicious.
    The inside was moist and the outside had a perfect slightly crunchy crust so good.
    Thanks for sharing I think the sour cream helped to make it great.
