1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Milk (at room temperature)
1/4 Tsp Butterscotch essence
1 Cup All purpose flour (maida)
1/2 Cup + 2Tbsp Powdered sugar
1 Tsp Baking powder
1/4 Tsp Baking soda
4 Tbsp Ghee (or Butter or Oil)
2 Tsp Synthetic white vinegar OR Lemon Juice

To make caramel:
4 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Ghee (or Butter)
1/2 Cup Milk
A pinch of salt
