I made a birthday cake that reminds me of a rose. I tried making a subtle color by adding light chocolate to the rose’s color.
It looks like a girl’s or mother’s birthday.

90 g (7 Tbsp) granulated sugar
90 g (3/4 Cup) cake flour
1/4 tsp baking powder.
30 g (2 Tbsp) milk
2 Tbsp (26 g ) vegetable oil [Decoration] Syrup : 40 g granulated sugar + 80 g hot water
White Icing cream : 500 g unsweetened whipping cream + 50 g granulated sugar
Chocolate Icing cream : Whipped cream 2 cups + Chocolate ganache (dark chocolate 50 g + whipping cream 50 g)
* Increase the amount of chocolate ganache if you want a darker color.
Some Sugar Pearl Sprinkles
(*I make plenty of cream because it’s better to leave than not enough. Adjust the total amount.)
