Mango float is a famous no bake filipino dessert made with layers of cream, condensed milk, sweet crust and ripe mangoes. It is refrigerated before serving and is mostly made during mango season . Mango float recipe is easy to do & delicious in taste.

Mango cake float ingredients
2 med. sweet ripe mangoes (cut into cubes)
5 piece Cream-O cake (crushed)
200 ml creamy condensed milk (chilled overnight)
130 ml all-purpose cream (chilled overnight)
Chocolate sprinkles (optional)
How to make mango float in a cup :
Remove and crush the Cream-O cake from packets.
(you can use any brand).
Prepare 6 cups.
Put crushed Cream-O cake in each cup as first layer.
Press the crushed cake then set it aside.
In a bowl, pour chilled all-purpose cream and whip until its double in volume.
Add chilled condensed milk and whip until well incorporated.
Pour cream mixture as second layer and freeze for 10 minutes.
Cut and slice 2 mangoes into cubes.
Put another layer of crushed cake on top with mango cubes and drizzle some cream mixture.
Repeat process until done with five cups.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Delicious mango cake float is ready to eat.
Serve and enjoy.
