(8 inches round pan)

1. 66g (1/3cup) corn oil
2. 55g (1/2cup) cake flour
3. 20g (1/4cup) cocoa powder
4. 1/2 tsp baking powder
5. A pinch of salt
6. 5 egg yolks
7. 50g (50ml) milk
8. 1/2 tsp vanilla

1. 5 egg whites
2. 75g (1/3cup) sugar

1. 130g (1cup) chopped chocolate chunks

Preheat oven at 125°C
Water bake at temperature 125°C for 60 minutes
Baking time may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven.

    I like your techniques in making this cake. This is the first time I see someone on YouTube separating egg yolks from egg white this way. It is very efficient. Also, taking out a third of egg white meringue from the middle of the bowl for folding into egg yolk mixture then add the mixture into the center of the bowl. This make folding more evenly and efficiently. Thank you for teaching me.
