This chocolate loaf cake is ultra moist, super simple, easy chocolate cake of your dreams. Enjoy a slice and topped it with your favourite low carb fruit or ice cream! 😋

Pan size: 8 x 4 inch (20 x 10 cm) loaf pan

INGREDIENTS
¾ cup (210g) plain greek yogurt or sour cream
3 large eggs at room temperature
⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon (83g) melted unsalted butter or coconut oil
1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract
1 ¾ cups (175g) blanched almond flour
½ cup (105g) granulated Lakanto monk fruit or any granulated sweetener of choice
*you can adjust the sweeteness acdg to your taste.
⅓ cup (35g) unsweetened cocoa powder ( I used dutch processed cocoa powder)
2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder
½ teaspoon (2g) salt
chopped walnuts or any nuts of choice (optional)

Yields 12 slices (macros per slice)
NET CARBS: 2.4g
FIBER: 3.0g
FAT: 9.8g
PROTEIN: 6.7g

** NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements.

INGREDIENTES
¾ taza (210 g) de yogur natural o crema agria
3 huevos grandes a temperatura ambiente
⅓ taza + 1 cucharada (83 g) mantequilla derretida sin sal o aceite de coco
1 cucharadita (5 ml) de extracto de vainilla
1 ¾ tazas (175 g) de harina de almendras blanqueada
½ taza (105 g) de fruta de monje Lakanto granulada o cualquier edulcorante granulado de su elección
* puedes ajustar la dulzura acdg a tu gusto.
⅓ taza (35 g) de cacao en polvo sin azúcar (yo usé cacao en polvo procesado holandés)
2 cucharaditas (8 g) de levadura en polvo
½ cucharadita (2 g) de sal
nueces picadas (opcional)

¾ tazza (210 g) di yogurt bianco o panna acida
3 uova grandi a temperatura ambiente
⅓ tazza + 1 cucchiaio (83 g) di burro fuso non salato o olio di cocco
1 cucchiaino (5 ml) di estratto di vaniglia
1 ¾ tazze (175 g) di farina di mandorle sbollentate
½ tazza (105 g) di frutta del monaco Lakanto granulata o qualsiasi dolcificante granulato a scelta
* puoi regolare la dolcezza acdg secondo i tuoi gusti.
⅓ tazza (35 g) di cacao amaro in polvere (io ho usato cacao in polvere lavorato olandese) 2 cucchiaini (8 g) di lievito per dolci
½ cucchiaino (2 g) di sale
noci tritate (facoltativo)

⅓ tasse + 1 cuillère à soupe (83g) de beurre non salé fondu ou d’huile de coco
1 cuillère à café (5mL) d’extrait de vanille
1 tasse ¾ (175 g) de farine d’amande blanchie ½ tasse (105 g) de fruit de moine Lakanto granulé ou de tout édulcorant granulé de votre choix
* vous pouvez ajuster la douceur acdg à votre goût.
⅓ tasse (35g) de poudre de cacao non sucrée (j’ai utilisé de la poudre de cacao traitée aux Pays-Bas)
2 cuillères à café (8 g) de levure chimique
½ cuillère à café (2 g) de sel
noix hachées (facultatif)
