Cream Cheese 60g / 1/2cup
Sugar 15g / 2Tbsp
Egg yolk 4
Vegetable oil 20g / 1.5Tbsp
Fresh milk 30ml / 2Tbsp
Cake flour 50g / 1/3cup
Salt 1.5g / 1/8tsp
Egg whites 4
Lemon juice 1tsp
Sugar 50g / 1/4cup

Tubepan 20cm

Bake at 170°C / 320°F for 40-45 minutes

    WRT the quantity of cream cheese – I expect .5c – 4 imperial oz volume – to weigh more like 120g than 60g. Also, the first 2T of sugar – that's 1 imperial oz volume – would be 25g rather than 15g. I'm inclined to believe that weights and suspect the volumes, but it would be nice to be sure before trying this. Thanks.

    منظرها جمیل جدا شكرا ولکن اعتقد ان طعمها ليس كذلك بسبب زفرة البيض من الافضل ان تحط بالمكونات شالة البرتقال او اليمون يعطي طعم اروع ورائحة جيدة👍👍
