How to Make Marbled Easter Cake Pops and Cakesicles

Here is another fun project for the kids that takes less than 2 hours to complete! All you need is a cake (you can buy cakes pre-made from the grocery store as I have here) and some dark chocolate ganache, which takes literally minutes to make. Roll these up into balls, or cut out shapes using cookie cutters. Freeze these up until firm (around 30 mins) and then add in your popsicle sticks or cake pops. Melt down some white chocolate and add powdered food colour. You can also colour your white chocolate with gel food colour, but you will need to add in vegetable oil so the chocolate doesn’t seize. dip your pops in, add sprinkles, and refrigerate. All done! For the ganache, I used 200 grams dark chocolate and 100 grams of heavy cream. You can melt this in the microwave in 20 second bursts, mixing each time until the chocolate has melted and combined completely with the cream. Enjoy!
