Here are the ingredients for your reference:

1 1/4cup cake flour
2tsp baking powder
1/2tsp salt
1/2cup sugar
5 egg yolks
1/3cup milk
1/2cup vegetable oil
1tap vanilla extract
5 egg whites
1/2cup sugar
1/2tsp vinegar or cream of tartar or lemon juice
Fresh and canned mangoes for toppings and fillings

For the frosting:
Beat the 1 cup heavy whipping cream and 1tsp vanilla extract until stiff peaks

Size of the cake: 6″ round 2 layer cake

Bake in a 160C pre heated oven for 30mins.
