    I tried the recipe exactly step to step…the cake was ready in 25mins if it's preheated. I feel eggs quantity was too much because cake was smelling of eggs after it was baked. For rebaking the cake rusk pieces… They got done at the mentioned setting earlier than 15 mins…I would say lower temperature should be used for 15 mins each side else it will get burned!…Taste was good in the end…some technicalities have to be adjusted.
