    Cake:
    4 large egg yolks
    ⅓ cup evap or fresh milk
    ¼ cup oil
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    ⅓ cup granulated white sugar
    ¾ cup flour
    1½ tsp baking powder
    ¼ tsp salt

    4 large egg whites
    ½ tbsp Lemon juice or vinegar
    ⅓ cup granulated white sugar

    Caramel frosting:
    3 large egg yolks
    ½ cup evap or fresh milk
    3 tbsp cornstarch

    ¾ cup white sugar
    ¼ cup hot water
    1 cup evap or fresh milk

    ¼ cup cold salted butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Condense milk buttercream:
    150 g salted butter
    125 g condense milk
