This is how I made Carrot cake but healthier ! Gluten free ! No wheat flour ! Moist and delicious using the pulp from the carrot juice made earlier.

It is someones birthday somewhere so why not ! Ok seriously I am sure you will enjoy this cake but if you don’t want a gluten free version then just use the same amount of regular flour. Need more moisture add applesauce or sour cream.

    I was told by my sister who is also a baker that the eye of the egg is taken out, it's to prevent the cake from tasting raw. However, if you leave the eye in the egg, you can grate the skin off a green lime, not much just a little goes into the cake mix this will prevent the cake from being raw.

    I kind of fell off my uploading schedule but here is a video for all the foodies out there! Try it , you just might like it! It was inspired by my desire to eat wheat flour Free- dessert.
