INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
¼ CUP YOGURT
3 TBSP OIL
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
MIX WELL
½ CUP FLOUR / MAIDA
2 TBSP COCOA POWDER
½ TSP BAKING POWDER
¼ TSP BAKING SODA
SIEVE
1/3 CUP MILK (POUR GRADUALLY)
1/3 CUP POWDER SUGAR
MIX WELL
BRUSH OIL & PLACE A BAKING PAPER
POUR THE BATTER
PRE-HEAT THE PAN FOR 5-7 MIN.
PLACE THE MOULD INSIDE
COOK IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 25-30 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
½ CUP WHIPPING CREAM
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
2 TBSP COCOA POWDER
2 TBSP POWDER SUGAR
BEAT UNTIL STIFF PEAKS
REMOVE THE FROM MOULD
CUT THE TOP PART
DIVIDE THE CAKE
BRUSH SOME SUGAR SYRUP
POUR THE CREAM LAYER
PLACE THE CAKE LAYER
POUR THE CREAM LAYER
SPREAD SOME CHOCOLATE SPRINKLE
CUT IN PIECES
WHIPPED CREAM & CHERRIES ON TOP
