[Sponge Cake] 3 eggs
90 g (7 Tbsp) granulated sugar
90 g (3/4 Cup) cake flour
1/4 tsp baking powder.
30 g (2 Tbsp) milk
2 Tbsp (26 g ) vegetable oil
Syrup : 40 g granulated sugar + 80 g hot water(Cool completely)
White Icing cream : 500 g unsweetened whipping cream + 50 g granulated sugar
* Add 1~2 tsp cocoa powder if you want a darker color.
(*I make plenty of cream because it’s better to leave than not enough. Adjust the total amount.)
