I watched it yesterday and made it today. This is the first cake which was so perfect. Though I made it with white sugar and didn’t divide it into three parts. But the cake was just amazing and perfect. Also the cream was perfect and I also added some little amount of chocolate ganache in the buttercream. It was perfect. Thank you❤️

So should I use 50g whipping cream and 50g heavy cream? And before I pour the chocolate ganache onto the cake so it drips, should I wait for the ganache to cool down first since the cream is still hot? Also, in your video, the fresh warm cream added for the chocolate ganache looks similar to the texture to milk, so before I add the cream with the chocolate, I don't have to whip it right? And… the chocolate you used to make the ganache, is it 100% dark chocolate? (Yes I have lots of questions because I wanna make sure the cake is perfect, I'm making it for my mum's birthday)
