    I tried this buttercream once and it was great! This time I want to stack a cake, but I do not want it to be too sweet. You mentioned that the lesser the sugar, the silkier the buttercream and the more the sugar, the better for stacking. Any ideas on how I can incorporate less sugar but still make it stackable?

    I have been trying to make a chocolate and white cream frosting.I've watched so many videos on youtube and read some information on google how to make it but it didn't work. Someone said you can do the cream from egg whites i done but it wasn't the one i want to use for my cakes then i done with single cream same problems i had my cake doesn't stay i used butter cream too but whenever i put the cakes and cream ist always falling down and im ending with throwing the cake away🤦‍♀️ is there any tips for this cream? 🤷‍♀️
