½ CUP CURD / YOGURT
¼ CUP OIL
1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR
¼ CUP COCOA POWDER
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP BAKING SODA
¼ CUP MILK
MIX WELL
2 TBSP CHOPPED ALMOND
2 TBSP CHOPPED WALNUT
2 TBSP CASHEW
2 TBSP BLACK RAISIN
2 TBSP YELLOW RAISIN
2 TBSP TUTTI FRUTTI
BRUSH OIL & PLACE A BAKING PAPER
POUR THE BATTER
SPREAD SOME MIXED NUTS & RAISIN
PRE HEAT FOR 5-7 MIN.
PLACE THE MOULD
COOK IN LOW MED. HEAT FOR 30-35 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
CUT IN PIECES

    Tried this recipe exactly as per your measurements and the result was awesome! Thank you for posting this super healthy version! I stored it in air tight container and it was the same spongy and tasty 24 hrs later too. I'm curious, how much longer can I store this cake? Can it be refrigerated? Will it lose its softness if I store it in the fridge?
