Today’s recipe: RAMADAN SPECIAL | OREO CHEESECAKE BY DESI PARDESI
INGREDIENTS FOR OREO CHEESECAKE BY DESI PARDESI
Ingredients:
20 packets oreo
220g kishta cream
108g whipping cream powder
1 cup milk
7 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon luke warm water
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin powder
150g cream cheese
Directions:
Separate the Oreo biscuit and it’s cream..
Crush around 15 packets of Oreo biscuit (not powder) and mix with butter. This will be the base.
Spread it onto a pan and freeze it for 2 hours
Mix the Oreo cream, kishta cream, whipping powder , milk , vanilla extract, cream cheese and gelatin (after mixing it with water) in a bowl until it is fluffy and smooth.
Powder the rest of the Oreo (cream included) and add around 6 tablespoons of it to the cream prepared. You can add more if you like.
Use the fold method to nicely mix the oreos with the cream
Pour the cream over the base after it freezes, and store it into fridge overnight. Or 4-5 hours in the freezer if needed early.
Remove it from the freezer and sieve the rest of the Oreo powder on top.
VOILA….your no bake cheese cake is ready.
