STAGE- 1 – How to prepare Caramel Syrup?
INGREDIENTS
3-4 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Water
INSTRUCTIONS
In a pan, add sugar and water on a low flame without stirring it for about two minutes or until bubbles start forming in it. You’ll know the caramel syrup is ready when the mixture turns a shade of light brown. Immediately pour the syrup into a 6-inch pan and let it spread to every part of it.

STAGE-2 – How to make Custard pudding?
INGREDIENTS
2 Eggs
Milk – 1 Cup
4 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the milk and let it cool down. In a separate bowl, crack eggs and add in sugar. Mix this well, or else your pudding might taste eggy but do not over mix it which can lead to your pudding having pores inside. You can now add the vanilla essence and milk and mix it. Set this aside for carrying out the third stage

STAGE- 3 – How to make Chocolate Cake?
INGREDIENTS
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
3 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Sugar
A pinch of Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Separate the yolk from the whites. Beat the egg whites with some sugar together until it becomes fluffy. Set it aside and in a separate bowl, beat the yolk and remaining sugar well. Add vanilla essence and mix it. Then pour oil and combine it. Using a sieve, sift the dry ingredients and add this into the egg yolk mixture. Mix well. Add the egg white mixture part by part and combine it using the cut and fold method.

Finally, setting up the Caramel Pudding Chocolate Cake:
On a low flame, place a vessel like the one shown on the video, and pour water in it which equals a ratio of 1:3 of the cake tin. This will help one third of the pan to immerse in water once it is placed above a small stand as seen in the video. Pour the pudding mix into the cake tin over the caramel syrup and then add the cake mix. Steam the cake for 40 minutes and, do not forget to cover the lid with a cloth to prevent water droplets from falling on the cake. You can serve it hot or cold because it tastes amazing both ways.
