Vanilla Sponge Cake Recipe | How to Make Fluffy Vanilla Cake | Easy Sponge Cake. To make this delicious easy and soft sponge cake at first take 3 eggs then separate the egg yolks from egg whites. Whisk the egg whites with 80 gram sugar until get stiff peaks. Then add the yolks and 80 gram cake flour to make the batter. Then mix 30 ml vegetable oil and 15 ml milk with 2.5 ml Vanilla essence. Add the mixer to the batter. Then bake it.

I was confuse on 1st part of video you said all purpose flour removed 2 tbsp all purpose flour then add 2 tbsp cornstarch but on the part you put now on meringue 3/4 cup cake flour?
