185 gram susu pekat
Sedikit pewarna hijau epal

250 gram mentega lembik (suhu bilik)
200 gram gula kastor / Castor
1 sudu besar ovalette
5 biji telur ayam (gred A)
1 sudu kecil perisa pandan
1 sudu kecil pewarna hijau epal
210 gram tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil baking powder
6 sudu besar Santan Pekat
Dulang pembakar 14 x 10 inci
Bakar 175 C 30 minit ( panaskan oven 10 minit terlebih dahulu)
