INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour (Maida) – 1¼ Cup (150g)
Unsweetened cocoa powder – ¼ cup (25g)
Baking soda – ½ Tsp
Salt – ¼ Tsp
Unsalted butter (room temp.) – ½ Cup (113g)
White sugar – 1 Cup (200g)
Eggs – 2 nos
Milk – ¼ cup (60 ml)
Sour cream – ½ cup (120g) OR substitute with (½ cup thick Yoghurt + ½ Tsp Baking soda)
Vanilla extract – 1 Tsp
Red food color – as required

Bake in at 350°F/180°C preheated oven for approximately 17-18 minutes
