All-purpose flour – 350 g
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder – 14 g (2 tbsp)
Butter – 100 g
Sugar – 300 g
Vegetable oil – 100 ml
Egg – 3 pieces (medium)
Buttermilk – 300 ml
Red Food coloring – 1-2 tsp

Dough in 1 form – 550 g, 2 form – 750 g

Oven – 170 C / 340 F
Time – 45-55 minutes
