Hi everyone and welcome to youtube channel Cooking ASMR.

▷ 材料 Ingredients:
120g chocolate
50g sugar
200g Fresh Milk
250g whipping cream
15g cocoa powder
14g Gelatin Sheets

▶▶ 作 り 方 How to:
1. Chop into chocolate, mix 15g cocoa powder with 40ml hot water until dissolved.
2. Cook whipping cream, fresh milk, sugar and condensed milk (remember to keep low heat.)
3. When boiling, add Chocolate and 15g cocoa powder diluted in (1) and mix well.
4. Add 14g of Gelatin Leaf and mix well (Gelatin Leaf has been soaked for 10 minutes).
5. Soak in cold water to cool the mixture.
6. Refrigerate for 6 hours.
7. Apply a warm towel to the mold for 3-5 minutes to separate the mold.

Then enjoy the fruits: *. Tasty and super easy, isn’t it. !!!.
