    I’m kind of confused I thought to make ganache you had to have the cream just starting to boil and you only microwave it 30 seconds to bring it to temperature? I love your videos. Beautiful cakes. I was also wondering if you use special dark Hershey’s will that be ok or does it cause a problem because of the baking soda?
