What function do you set your oven to? My oven has 4 modes and I am confused amongst 2 of them. One is bake where the bottom elements get heated up more than the top ones and the other is convection in which both the top and bottom elements heat up equally. Which one should I normally use? Most of the recipes by chefs from other countries use gas ovens whereas I have an electric oven similar to yours.

    It looks so delicious ❤️
Please I have some questions can you help me with it!?
    1. Can we bake the cake batter into a kadai ?
    2. Is It okay if I put the pudding in a room temperature for a longer period?
    3. Can I store the choclate cake pudding in the fridge after making it ?
    5. My cake batter was too thick so can I add milk?
    Waiting for your reply 😊

Hi. Shivesh. I am a big admirer of you. My first baking experiment was following your recipe from your blog. Since then I try to follow your recipes.
I tried this one. Although minus the almond praline. 😁. And I received compliments from all my family. Thank you . Baking for me is now a way for me to unwind myself
I wish I could upload the photo . Thanks once again
