Hi there. If you go to "health food shops" like for example "Food for Thought", you'll find all your ingredients organic and free of nastyness. You won't find organic and healthy in the Chinese, and Oriental stores, I'm afraid.
And you can even find organic coconut milk at Waitrose!
The coconut flour is found easily too.
