3-4 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds cashews walnuts)
To grind
1/2 cup sugar
small piece of cinnamon
1/2 tsp – dry ginger powder
1 cardamom
2 cloves
pinch of nutmeg
FOR BATTER
1&1/4 – Maida
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
