Eurocake Chocolate Chip Brownies Chocolate Mousse Ice Cream Cake

A perfect dessert for all occasions.

In a loose base cake pan place the Eurocake Chocolate Chip Brownies forming a base layer for the cake. Refrigerate it until we prepare the chocolate mousse.

Separate egg whites and egg yolks. Cook the egg yolk in a glass bowl over the hot water bath for 2 minutes. And blend well with sugar to form smooth peaks. Then add the melted chocolate and mix with a spatula by folding.

Now add the whipped egg whites and whipped cream. Mix with a spatula until all combines together.

Pour this mixture over the brownie layer and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.

Remove the cake base from the cake tin and finally dust your delicious chocolate ice cream cake with cocoa powder and top it with berries and kiwis.

Serve cold.
