Omgosh, THANK YOU for this WONDERFUL whipped frosting!!! I just made it today, 11/20/2020, and the whole family LOVED it!!! Put it on top of Blue Velvet Cake and colored it laveder. It was a total HIT!

You over whipped the cream u can add powder sugar and vanilla essence with heavy cream and then start mixing.
Hopefully it does not taste like corn flour. If it does not i will try it

Corn starch will give the powdery feel. U can taste the powder. Dont use this method
