    Can I offer a suggestion for the cheese cake burning. I use a large deep well pot that my spring form pan fit in. I wrap the pan in tin foil to just its lip so no water can get in the pan. Follow the recipe just fill the outer pan about 1 half the spring form pan from its top with boiled water. Bake as to recipe. Allow to cool for a half hour before removing from the water bath. Remove tin foil and cool completely then refrigerate overnight and serve the next day. This may help with burning.
