[INGREDIENTS]

For Cake Bread:
– 1/4 Cup butter/oil
– 3/4 Cup powdered sugar
– 2 Tsp vanilla essence
– 1 & 1/2 Cup all purpose flour(maida)
– 1/4 Cup cocoa powdere
– 1 Tbsp baking powdr
– 1/2 Tbsp baking soda

For Sugar syrup:
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp water

For Chocolate ganache:
– 100ml Heavy cream
– 200gm Dark Chocolate compound
– 1 Tbsp butter(optional)

For Frosting
1 Cup whipped cream

– 1/2 Cup regular cooking salt or sand (for oven setup)

    I am.just making it now and I noticed that with half cup of oil/ butter / clarified butter with 1 cup sugar ,it didn't come out to be as good smoothly mixable consistency that you showed . Mine was quite lumpy despite trying hard to mix it and get smooth mixture like yours in the video.
    Secondly ,the quantity of milk that was required to get the desired pourable consistency of the cake batter needed 1 full cup of milk ,your recipe says half cup ! When you mixed the batter I didn't feel it was one and a half cup maida ! Looks like you need to rework on measurements ! I hope my cake turns out to be good !
    Also I felt 1 tbspn of baking powder high quantity for this preparation. I maybe wrong though coz I have tried to bake many cakes so I am not a novice not to understand the nuances!
    Thirdly # dry cake # not right measurements# rework on recipe # result is a dry cake !!!🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
