    Very good cake!! I made it in a half sheet pan, 25min @350dF. I missed one step and did not oil the sheet. Instead I used powdered sugar and this peeled off the beautiful outer layer…my mistake!

    I spread 150g strawberry jam and a whipped cream filling: 300g heavy cream, 150g cream cheese or mascarpone, 90g powdered sugar and a little vanilla. Delicious, everyone wanted two slices!
